We are currently on the lookout for a Junior Claims Officer to join our esteemed client in the Pensions industry.
As a Junior Claims Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing retirement and claims payments with full regulatory compliance, while also supporting AML procedures. You’ll act as the main point of contact for benefit queries from clients worldwide, handle multi-channel communications, and continuously build your expertise in financial and tax regulations across jurisdictions like Malta and Gibraltar.
The right candidate must have excellent verbal and written English skills, strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for Microsoft Word and Excel.
