Our cool, dynamic and disruptive client in the training and development field are currently seeking a talented and motivational Learning and Development Training Designer to join them on a permanent basis, based in central London.

What does the role entail?

As the Learning and Development Training Designer you will design and create training content and materials to be used by the training delivery team. You could be juggling 4-5 different projects at a time and be designing innovative and immersive training content, tailored to a brief and tailored to the client needs.

Once you have created this training pack, you will then deliver it to the training delivery team, and thoroughly bring your training materials to life, for them to go out to deliver them to the client.

What skills will you have?

You are a Learning and Development rising star! You will have a proven track record in creating and writing training content. Ideally you will have experience in attending or delivering atypical training sessions such as not classroom or not Powerpoint training and have lots of value to add to this movement. You will be particularly interested in experiential and accelerated learning, and keep up to date with the latest developments in L&D.

You are a natural innovator, with an entrepreneurial and commercial spirit. You are interested in behaviour and psychology, and are an excellent communicator. You are tech savvy and take an interest in your field and read around your subject in your spare time.

What is on offer?

On offer for this varied and exciting Learning and Development Training Designer position is a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 as well as the opportunity to earn bonus of up to 10% too. You will be eligible for a range of generous benefits, including share options, which are always evolving to meet the needs of the organisations employees.
