Our client is a leading FMCG on the Maltese islands who are looking for a Market Insights Specialist to join their team! In this role you will be monitoring the key brand performance measures and help identify the key business drivers.
- Identifying business challenges through the development of market research.
- Providing crucial inputs to the business’s direction.
- Gaining consumer insights from market research to help provide input to the development of brand strategies.
- Working along side with the research and development department to help lead a consumer-focused product development.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Market/Consumer Research (preferably within an FMCG)
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Experience with research tools such as Euromonitor, Nielsen, or Kantar will be considered an asset.
- Be an analytical thinker and problem solver.
- Ability to understand the needs and communicate with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
- Willing to travel for work.
