My Client a leading B2B company based in Manchester is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate marketing expertise and experience across all aspects of the communications mix.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.




Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strong sales and marketing strategy that will position the North West England Division at the forefront of our industry
Act as guardian over the development of the brand and the customer service strategy, engaging all stakeholders and delivering a consistent strong brand nationwide
Review and input to all collateral to ensure it meets brand guidelines, is in line with business requirements to generate enquiries and is consistent in style and tone
Work alongside digital team to maximise online and portal presence cost effectively in keeping with our sales and marketing strategy
Manage and implement PR plans to meet business objectives as set out in marketing strategy
Assist in the development and implementation of the media strategy and plans to deliver business requirements
Manage and maintain monitoring, tracking to provide reports and analysis that enable the business to make marketing decisions on a weekly and monthly basis
Support the Sales Director & Sales Managers in the planning and launch of new developments to maximsie momentum prior to launch and sales pipeline at launch



Key Skills
Educated to degree level ideally marketing related
Strong B2B Marketing Management experience ideally within a standalone role
Ability to deliver excellence in fast paced environment to strict budgets and deadlines
Understanding and experience of media planning and buying – both digital and offline
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of managing day to day PR plans
Ability to evaluate marketing activity and provide analytical reports on which to base decisions
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to work autonomously
Confident and dynamic personality
Strong creative outlook and approach
