This role is to support the business owner by running the office and administrative side to the business. Experience of a similar function is essential. This role is not to manage people but to set up systems and organisation within the office environment to enable smooth and efficient running.
You will need good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage programs. The successful canidates duties will include, but not be limited to:
Setting up inventories of part numbers, raising invoices, dealing with emails and creating an organised working structure.
You will also be speaking with clients and dealing with customer service issues so a good telephone manner is essential.
You must also be willing to be hands on when needed, packing and sending out orders.
This is a varied and interesting role and will suit a highly organised person who is keen to aid the expansion of the business.
Excellent administrative organisation skills
Experience of setting up and running a complete office function
Working knowledge of Sage
Excellent IT skills
First class customer service skills
