We are interested to speak with a Payroll Executive/ Junior Accountant about this amazing opportunity.
As a Payroll Executive you will be part of a team who will be processing the international companies payrolls across the group that includes Malta, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. You will focus on assisting the Group Payroll Team with their monthly payroll creation, reconciliation and administration.
What is involved?
• Liaising and managing external payroll teams located in each country of operation
• Accuracy and completion of all breakdowns, reconciliations and payroll related files
• Liaising with Contracts and Accounts departments as necessary
• Keep payroll records accurate and complete by necessary deadlines
Who are you?
• At least 1 year experience in Payroll / similar role or a relevant qualification
• Microsoft office literate, advanced Excel knowledge
• Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible, can-do attitude
