An exciting opportunity has arisen at a top Global Tech company in Central London for an experienced Payroll Specialist.

As well as great career development and a generous compensation package, the location - close to Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican stations means it's a convenient commute for most!

If you have strong UK Payroll experience and want to work for a dynamic, forward thinking company then this position could be just what you're looking for...

A Payroll Specialist you'll be solely responsible for UK Payroll for around 500 monthly paid employees using ADP, as well as liaising with local vendors for EMEA Payroll.

Payroll has traditionally been managed as part of Finance, but for the first time it's been decided that a Specialist is now required given current and predicted growth across the company.

As well as processing Payroll in coordination with ADP, you'll be responsible for reconciliation of NIC, Pensions and PAYE and making payments to relevant parties. You'll also be submitting P11d, P35 and other tax returns, as well as posting Journals and Reconciling GL accounts.

A big part of the role will also be implementing best practices to ensure smooth running of the department as head count continues to rise over the coming years. The role is expected to evolve alongside the company so these responsibilities may change as time goes on.

This position will be ideal for someone with strong UK Payroll experience, with international Payroll experience desirable. You should be up to date with all current Payroll legislation, and working knowledge of ADP Payroll packages would be advantageous.

As this is a fast growing and dynamic company, you should be the kind of person who enjoys working in an environment where no two days are the same, and relishes the opportunity to influence the direction of the Payroll department going forward.

You should have excellent numeracy and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team.
