Based in Llanishen, our client is recruiting for an immediately available Receptionist for a temp/fixed term contract for around 4 months.You will be responsible for dealing with internal and external customers over the phone as well as in person and will also be expected to process the associated administration resulting from these connections. 

Duties include:
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meetings
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post
Providing administrative support to the executive support team 

Requirements:
You will need to have great people skills and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times. Additionally you will be:
Well-organised
Friendly and polite (manners cost nothing after all)
Efficient
Able to deal with difficult clients or customers (not everyone knows the manners rule)
Self-motivated
Good with computer systems
Have polished communication skills

Ideally you will have worked as a receptionist or administrative support within a corporate environment previously.
