I am recruiting for a well-established business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for their new ‘face of the company’! I am working with them on an exclusive basis to find a fantastic Receptionist/Administrator. This role is temporary to permanent with an immediate start.

Monday – Friday

8.30PM - 5PM

37.5 Hours per week

Upto £9 per hour plus holiday pay depending on experience which will be up to £18K PA once this role goes permanent. 

Duties will include –

- Reception duties – answering the phone, meeting and greeting clients/customers
- General administration duties
- Stationary orders for departments
- Assisting the Directors PA with monthly reports (typing etc)
- Booking taxis, flights and hotels for the Managing Director
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments/lunches
- Working on SAGE system

The ideal candidate will have –

- A fantastic work ethic and good time keeping
- A professional manner and a good telephone manner
- SAGE experience is an advantage
- Reception/Administration skills from previous roles
