Our existing NHS Leicester based client are looking to a appoint two Recruitment Administrators for two full-time temporary positions. The position would be a long-term Temporary position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per work.
The ideal applicants will be required to support the Recruitment team and help to Administer the recruitment process. This will include monitoring the recruitment inbox, processing new starter payroll paperwork and ensuring that references are obtained for all new starters. Supporting & collaborating with the various internal team recruiters and the production of NHS employment contracts.
Updating employee personnel files, collecting and collating approving right to work documentation. Being able to deal with general HR & Recruitment queries and processing DBS requests.
The successful candidates will ideally have some previous administrative experience, ideally within a busy and progressive environment. A willingness to work with multiple supervisors in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. with an ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive. Have excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects plus outstanding organisational and communication skills. IT literate experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions including Word and Excel.
