I am currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join a growing nursing agency in the Sutton area. The main purpose is to provide administrative support to Account Managers to ensure new candidates are compliant along with making sure client relationships are upheld.

The role responsibilities are

Resourcing CV's
Registration & Induction of new candidates
Candidate care – dealing with queries & complaints
Doing basic compliance when registering candidates (prior to passing to compliance to complete)
Coding candidates and doing basic system administration
Collecting timesheets
Client contact – handling all incoming queries
Uploading jobs to various job boards & website
Writing & distributing mailshots
Other general Recruitment duties

My client is looking for someone with previous nursing recruitment experience as this experience will be vital to the day to day running of the business and need for someone to be able to 'hit the ground running'!
