You may have seen this advert before!! - Reed HR are growing again and are seeking a talented, driven and ambitious individual to join the team. This is a newly created role in a growing but quite new team with ambitious growth plans – seeking to be the fastest growing branch in the UK for the next financial year.

What does the role entail?

You will be recruiting for Senior HR jobs across the whole of London for the private sector placing people in temporary, contract and interim jobs. You will be actively targeting clients across your territory to obtain jobs, networking with 100’s of other consultants across the city to obtain business from their clients, as well as liaising with Business Development and Account Managers to secure business in from our National Accounts. This is not a cold desk however business development will be required to grow your share of the market.

What are we looking for?

You will possess exceptional networking skills, resilience and determination, you will be a naturally positive person, possess great ambition and drive and become a pro at extracting job opportunities from clients and matching candidates to these jobs. You will be based in our Stratford office but must be happy networking with our other offices across London as well as visiting clients on a regular basis. I am also looking for someone who will be a friendly and welcoming team player, who would like to develop a career with Reed and someone who embraces new working ways and continuous development (every day is a school day – there is always something to be learnt here). The hours are 8-5 or 9-6 but if you are the type of person that doesn’t mind putting in extra to achieve results then you could be the right person for this role.
