Reed Retail are an expert in recruiting within Luxury, Fashion & Non-Fashion markets. Reed Retail specialise in all areas of Retail recruitment within Temporary/ Permanent and Contract staffing. Specialist areas include: Design & Development, Buying & Merchandising and Retail Operations.

You will already have a proven track record within recruitment, sales or Retail and you need to be able to display both commercial knowledge and awareness - the drive to take this opportunity to the next level is key! You will be keen to become involved in the long-term development and growth of the team with the autonomy to develop your client base and effectively run your own desk.

You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to empathise with the needs of your clients and candidates - so you'll need to have a good balance of commercial, professional and people skills.

You will be offering a quality service to both our clients and candidates alike. To do this we will fully support you and offer first class training and development throughout your career - as well as giving you the autonomy to drive your own successes forward.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing existing client relationships
• Contacting new clients to win business (Business Development)
• Offering advice and consultation to candidates and clients
• Identifying candidates within the market place including head-hunting
• Maintaining and developing candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace
• Interviewing potential candidates both over the telephone and in person
• Liaising between candidates and clients regarding interviews, placements etc
• Negotiations between clients and candidates
