What is a Resourcing & Payroll Team Leader?

This is a unique opportunity to become a principal member of the team that manages the recruitment into our staff bank contract based in central London. You will be responsible for managing a team of Resourcing Consultants and Payroll Administrators to ensure the successful delivery of outsourced recruitment services and payroll functions to our client. This will include overseeing the delivery of recruitment campaigns, and scheduling related resources. You will oversee the payroll and invoicing functions and deal with payroll queries. You will engage closely with the Staff Bank Manager, and Resourcing Clinical Business Partners to share information and actions to ensure that the client requirements are met.

You will manage your team to ensure that calls from candidates, client managers, internal contacts and partner suppliers are dealt with. Completing attraction campaigns to fill volume requirements. You will produce management information as required and ensure that all recruitment activities and paperwork completed during the recruitment process meets the agreed contractual quality standards. You will also make sure that order and timesheet management is conducted and you will also be the escalation point for Equinti and trust HR for any payroll matters.

What are we looking for in a Resourcing & Payroll Team Leader?

• Educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-C in Maths and English
• Previous experience of working in a recruitment or resourcing environment
• Previous experience of team management
• Previous experience within complaints handling would be advantageous
• Previous experience in the NHS staff bank or healthcare sector would be advantageous
• You will also need to be proficient in a range of packages such as MS Excel, MS Word and databases
