I am currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk in St. Albans for a 6 month contract. This position offers plenty of training and progression in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Job Description- 

• Regular inputting and allocation of receipts in Access Dimensions
• Completion of bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner at the end of each period
• Discount voucher processing, allocation and query resolution
• Polite and efficient resolution of member/customer queries via telephone and email
• Processing of refunds to members and ad hoc payments to third parties
• Maintenance of receipt records for specific business areas
• Creating consolidated invoices as required for group accounts
• Management of sundry income accounts
• Management of daily Treasury function, including short term deposits and intercompany transfers, and provision of reports as required
• Weekly cheque banking




A great candidate for this job would ideally have-

Sales Ledger experience
General accounting procedures and practices in an accounting environment 
Work to deadlines
Excel skills
AAT qualified
