The purpose of the role is to provide a seamless, flexible and responsive service to customers whilst observing and understanding our core company values. It will be essential to work proactively to ensure the ongoing development of the service and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Working closely with the Client Director you will be working on new and existing business. You will manage your workload and be able to liaise with customers well.
In this role, communication is key as you will be speaking to customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, face to face and complaints handling when necessary.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (Dependant on experience)
Working Week – Monday – Friday
