Our client is a well-established Food Manufacturing & Export Company in Malta who are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join them!

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee surveys and work alongside department managers to help manage the employer brand and ensure that action plans are developed and implemented correctly.

Responsibilities will also include:
- Working alongside department managers to identify the requirements and gaps to help provide advice on the resource planning.
- Prioritising important open positions and providing advice to line managers on the recruitment principles and processes.
- Supporting the performance management cycle and assisting with building talent development plans.
- Monitor the company training programme and communicate with departments to highlight the training needs.

Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- Minimum of three years’ experience within business partnering in a similar position (within FMCG)
- Seven specialised years of experience within either recruitment, organisation design and talent development, or compensation & benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and employment legislations.
- Manufacturing experience and the ability to relate to technical terms will be considered an asset.
