Our clients in the Pensions industry are currently looking to grow their team by onboarding a Senior Claims Officer.
As a Senior Claims Officer, you will be leading and mentor junior team members while ensuring high standards in claims processing and regulatory compliance; you oversee AML/CFT obligations and due diligence within the team; and you act as the primary contact for global benefit queries, while contributing to process improvements and regulatory-driven projects.
The right candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the industry, professional pension qualifications will be desirable although not essential, and a passion for financial services.
