Our client, The Open University is looking for Student Fees Advisors to join a project to start on Monday 13th November 2017 until 9th November 2018 and full commitment is required.
This role is fulltime, paying £10.03ph. The role will require working hours of 37 hrs between 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
To process financial applications accurately, assessing against a particular criteria. This role is working to a specific process, where accuracy and attention to detail are necessary for entering data onto the in-house system. There will be phone work required within the role, liaising with students who will contact The Open University regarding their applications.
Candidates should be able to work alone and as part of a team, must be able to follow instructions, must have good verbal and written skills. You will be required to use word, excel and outlook.
This role will require two week’s full time training, working normal office hours and unfortunately there are no holidays allowed during the first four weeks of the role.
