My client has a need for an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst / Advisor to join them for a nine month Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave. This role will report to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, EMEA

Areas of responsibility include: 
• Compensation & Benefits
• HR Information System(s) (Success Factors)
• Annual Salary Review
• Annual Bonus Calculations

Main Duties / Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for all EMEA SuccessFactors queries
• Implementation and maintenance of the EMEA SuccessFactors system.
• Assisting external contractors with the Implementation of new modules/functionality
• Providing second line SuccessFactors support across the EMEA region
• Maintenance of the EMEA SuccessFactors system
• Application of upgrades
• Providing training
• Setting up reports/dashboards
• Support the EMEA annual salary review and bonus calculation process
• Deputise as required and as appropriate for Head of Compensation and Benefits, EMEA

* Graduate Calibre
* CIPD qualified or equivalent
* The successful candidate will possess the personal presence, drive and capabilities to be viewed as a highly effective member of the EMEA HR team
* Providing HR inputs and support within a professional or commercial environment in the UK, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience of working in a matrix structure and supporting operational colleagues on a wide range of compensation & benefits issues
* Experience of working with SAP/SuccessFactors
