Reed Specialist Recruitment is currently working with a leading FMCG manufacturing company who are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team!
• Manage negotiations and contracts in line with commercial policies and approved budgets
• Ensure implementation of MSL (Must Stock List) and PiCOS (merchandising)
• Maintain and adhere to the Credit Processes and Procedures and on-time collection of all account receivables
• Recommend Succession Planning and professional development for the Sales Team
• Resolve product or service problems, in addition to any customer complaints involved sales issues
• Work closely with the Logistics Department to resolve distribution issues
• Liaise with Brand Managers on product promotional plans
• 5 years of experience in the Maltese FMCG sector, with preference given to those who have knowledge of the beverage industry
• Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
• A strong commercial acumen with a strong drive to reach and achieve targets
