New opportunity in NG7 for a temporary Training Administrator with a large equipment rental company who are looking for a new addition to their team for 12 months (maternity cover)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Ensuring all enquiries and orders via telephone, letter and email are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
- Ensuring follow up and courtesy calls to customers are carried out on a timely basis.
- Supporting the Office Manager to liaise with internal/external customers and training instructors in order to build relationships, realizing training objectives and rectifying any problems or issues.
- Support document processing internally and externally as necessary ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and company.
-Investigate and resolve customer queries and problems regarding orders, deliveries and credits and ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and supportive manner whilst maintaining the interests of the company.

Previous experience in a training background would be desirable but not essential.

- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own in
