Key Requirements

Previous experience working with expenses
The ability to take a lead on auditing and processing business expenses
Confident in managing financial information
Confident working with large volumes of information
Support the business by managing & coordinating requests for travel bookings, accommodation and flights.
Create data reports for staff expenses and travel expenditure
Work closely with the wider finance team
Response to ad-hoc finance queries
Provide administration support to the finance team
Be a champion for process and system improvement
