We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with a focus on investment funds and fintech to join a dynamic legal team.
As an Associate Lawyer, you will be actively involved in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to investment funds and fintech operations. The role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their legal needs and to provide strategic solutions. You will also collaborate with other team members on larger cases, contributing to the team's overall success by sharing knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate must be locally warranted with at least 1 year of experience in investment funds, fintech, or a related legal field, must have excellent written English and Maltese skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
