We're on the lookout for a Head of Legal to lead a booming legal department of a leading firm in Malta.
As a Head of Legal, will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize the probability of exposure. You will be responsible for handling legal matters, providing senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, managing the legal function, and overseeing the work of outside counsel. You will be involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts.
The perfect candidate for this position must have over 5 years of experience in the industry and must be a fully qualified lawyer with a warrant to practice law in Malta.
