We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-house Junior Legal Counsel to join a leading company's legal department.
As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be assisting with handling day-to-day legal and corporate matters across the group, offering legal advice on internal legal matters, and providing support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. You will also be performing company secretarial duties as required, such as preparation, review, and filing of statutory documents.
The right candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta, have excellent written and spoken English and Maltese skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
