Our client is looking for an Operations Manager.
This senior role reports directly to the CEO and involves leading the daily operations. The successful candidate will oversee retail activities, logistics, purchasing, and budget management, while building strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and the local community.
The role includes participation in international exhibitions and the organisation of educational customer events.
Candidates must hold degrees in both business and agriculture or a related field, and have hands-on farm experience.
