We are looking for an Accountant to join our client's team in the events and merchandise industry. Are you looking for new challenges and a dynamic team?
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for leading the restructuring of the finance department, managing daily financial operations, and implementing standardized accounting practices. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, oversee month-end and year-end closings, and provide strategic financial insights to management. Additionally, you will liaise with auditors, integrate new accounting software, and mentor the accounting team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Ideally, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA qualifications (in process). Knowledge of Xero accounting software is a plus.
