We’re looking for a Compliance Executive to join our client, a leading law firm in Malta. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of their compliance function, managing client due diligence, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring AML/FT obligations are met. You’ll also assist with internal reporting, liaise with regulatory bodies, and maintain well-organized records. Supporting the MLRO with statutory filings and staying up to date with legislation will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
To succeed, you should have at least 2–3 years of experience in the corporate field, including one year in AML/FT, and a strong understanding of local AML legislation and Implementing Procedures. AML-related qualifications are a plus. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
