Are you ready to take the next step in your corporate career? We’re looking for a Corporate Officer to join a well-established, local leader in corporate services.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of client operations, including preparing and submitting statutory filings, liaising with third parties, attending meetings and taking minutes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions. You’ll also handle due diligence checks and other key responsibilities that keep businesses compliant.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Maltese company law, and excellent and spoken English.
