We're currently on the lookout for a Litigation Compliance Analyst to join a leading financial services institution in Malta.
The role involves analysing compliance reports and submissions received from subject persons, representing the company in court proceedings including attending sittings and testifying when required, and preparing, reviewing, and filing judicial acts and related documentation while coordinating with external legal counsel to ensure timely and effective litigation processes.
The right candidate must be graduated with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent academic qualification in Law, have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and good understanding of local and EU AML/CFT regulations.
