Your role will include preparing standard forms for various registries, supporting compliance tasks, and keeping online platforms up to date.


You will communicate with clients, coordinate with public authorities, and ensure that all deadlines are met efficiently.
Success in this position requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organisational abilities, and confidence working independently.


Previous office experience is required, while knowledge of French, payroll, or graphic design will be considered an asset.
Experience in corporate, legal, compliance, or accountancy environments will also be viewed favourably.
