Our client is recruiting for a Human Resources Performance Leader.


In this position, you will drive culture, change, and performance across our HR function, leading initiatives in recruitment, retention, L&D, and employee relations.

You will champion our Vision, Mission, and Values in every interaction, creating a collaborative, values-driven team culture, ensuring a smooth HR operations and stakeholder communication, maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and employment regulations and shaping and refining HR policies and performance frameworks.


The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HR experience and a passion for people.
