Our client are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support their Director.
The ideal candidate will handle all incoming calls and correspondence on behalf of the Director with courtesy and discretion. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as maintaining both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
The role involves coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics, while also assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure instructions are carried out accurately and promptly.
In this position, you will liaise with internal teams and external partners to relay information and follow up on action points, manage general office administration, and provide secretarial support to the wider executive team when required. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information are essential to this role.
