We are seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. 

The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate detailed meeting schedules, arrange international and local travel, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. This role also involves handling confidential information with discretion, liaising with clients and internal teams, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring timely follow‑ups on ongoing projects. 

The Personal Assistant will monitor inboxes, draft responses, manage filing systems, and assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and internal initiatives. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential.
