Our client are looking for a proactive and organised individual to manage front desk duties and support office operations.

The responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, managing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

In this role, you will also assist with scheduling, supply orders, and general admin tasks.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Maltese.
