We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our client’s Freight Forwarding Sales & Customer Care department in Malta. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting customers, promoting logistics solutions, and contributing directly to the growth and success of the business.
In this role, you will manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations for the shipment of goods, and actively promote and sell a range of freight forwarding services. You’ll engage daily with clients, understand their logistics needs, and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. As you develop in the role, you will also begin conducting client visits, helping to strengthen long‑term partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Your work will contribute to creating a seamless customer experience, supporting both the sales process and the wider team’s operational effectiveness. If you enjoy engaging with people, solving problems, and working in a fast‑paced environment, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact.
