We are seeking a Senior Corporate Executive to join a well-established company within financial services in Malta.
As a Senior Corporate Executive, you will manage multiple client portfolios efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and handling processes such as incorporations and liquidations. Enhance client relationships, oversee timely billing, and foster team cohesion by mentoring members and ensuring policy adherence. Streamline internal procedures, liaise with key external entities, and oversee complex client structures for improved operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in corporate services, a university degree or equivalent qualification in a related area, and must demonstrate leadership qualities.
