Our client are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for office and shop-floor staff.
You will act as a trusted partner to employees and management, providing guidance on HR matters such as conflict resolution, reviews, and career development. Compliance with Maltese labour laws, health and safety regulations, and EU standards is essential.
The role also involves driving engagement initiatives, training programs, and recognition schemes to promote a positive workplace culture. You will assist in recruiting skilled technical and engineering talent, maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR, and support payroll and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, have at least three years of HR experience preferentially in manufacturing, and possess strong knowledge of Maltese and EU employment laws.
