Looking for an opportunity to gain more experience? 

We are currently supporting a leading Insurance company with their search for an Administration Assistant to join their team on the basis of a 6 month contract. 

In this role you will be maintaining the filing systems and internal databases ensuring they are up to date, attending meetings and take minutes, preparing memos and correspondence. You will also be assisting management with administrative tasks relating to data protection.

Ideally you possess an A Level standard of Education and fluent in both Maltese and English.
