An opportunity has opened up within one of the leading Financial Institutions on the Maltese Islands!
Joining the team as an Administrative Assistant you will be maintaining and updating internal databases, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings. You will also be managing incoming telephone calls and emails and supporting the team on a daily basis.
Ideally you possess an A Level standard of Education and experience within an administrative position.
