We are currently supporting a leading Financial Institution who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!
As the Administrative Assistant you will be maintaining and updating internal systems, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, organising events and updating records. You will also be managing the filing system ensuring it is kept up to date.
Ideally you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Administration and are fluent in both Maltese and English.
