 Are you an experienced Consumer Service Executive?

We are currently supporting a leading international company who is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Executive to join their team!

In this role, you will provide an outstanding costumer experience, to meet the needs of our customers by taking appropriate actions on identified problems. You will be responsible of handling all inbound customer service calls, liaising with internal and external teams to resolve enquires

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator in English & Maltese, possess an advance level of education with two years of experience in a similar position.
