 Are you an experienced Customer Service Individual?

We are currently supporting a leading company who are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their international team!

In this role, you will be monitoring and replying customers queries, conducting due diligence, analysing sources of complaints, liaising with team members and thriving to provide excellent customer assistance in a concise and timely manner.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office applications with minimum 1 year experience in customer orientated role and possess outstanding English communication skills.
