- Configuring and customizing the CRM Platform to meet specific objectives, processes, and workflows.

- Maintaining data integrity through regular data cleansing and import/export operations.
- Providing technical support and resolving operational issues for CRM end-users.
- Facilitating system upgrades and liaising with IT and vendors to ensure comprehensive testing cycles.
