Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Finance Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you'll handle vendor invoices and payments using SAP, support payment runs and help keep both digital and paper records in perfect order. You'll also play a key part in maintaining internal processes and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of experience in an accounting role, who’s comfortable working independently, and fluent in both Maltese and English. If you’re curious, adaptable, and have a knack for staying on top of deadlines, this could be a great fit. Experience in insurance or a similar field and a Level 5 diploma in accounting are a big plus.
