Experience with Front Office Administration?

Our client who is a leading Financial Institution is currently looking for a Front Office Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract working part time (2 days a week)

In this role you will be handling incoming phone calls, greeting clients and assisting them to meeting rooms, ordering stationery and arranging maintenance work to be carried out around the offices. You will also be assisting the Office Manager on a daily basis and informing staff on office updates.
