In this exciting role, you will be mainly supporting the HR team in 3 areas:
- Employee relations and talent development via supporting the Performance Management cycle, following training programmes, providing guidance on policies
- Organisational design and strategy via participating in HR policy design, ensure action plans are implemented, challenge gaps
- Recruitment and benefits by supporting managers in correct use of compensation strategies, prepare documents for negotiations in line with collective agreements, consult mangers on recruitment principles
