We are currently working with an international company that provides Citizenship and Residency solutions, and they are currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their Malta team!

In this role you will be monitoring and supporting the service delivery ensuring all systems and procedures are being followed, Managing a team and continuously improve the desktop computing environment, Suggest recommendations for service improvement plans. You will also be ensuring that all company laptops, computers and mobile devices are set up to standards for performance and security.

This is a great opportunity for those who have proven experience and expertise within IT Service Management and strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines and service desk functions.
