 Are you looking for an opportunity to grow within IT? 

We are currently supporting an International Financial Services Provider who are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their Malta based team! 

As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will be supporting the Malta team on a daily basis with, being the first point of contact for matters relating to hardware and software, assist with the setup of new equipment and onboard new users, troubleshooting issues and providing technical support. You will also be using the internal ticketing system ensuring all matters are resolved and maintaining documentation. 

Ideally you possess a Diploma Level of Education within IT and experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.
